Junk Removal
Our Junk Removal team clears clutter quickly and safely from homes, basements, garages, attics, storage units, offices, construction sites, and estates. We handle loading, hauling, and disposal so you don’t have to lift a finger.
How photo-based quotes work:
-
Step 1: Take clear photos from multiple angles of each area and item. Include close-ups of large items, stairs, elevators, and any tight spaces.
-
Step 2: Submit photos online or via our app, along with a brief note on access (stairs, elevator, pet restrictions, etc.) and any special handling needs.
-
Step 3: Our team analyzes the photos and provides a no-obligation quote within a stated timeframe (e.g., same-day or next-day). Final price is confirmed before we start work.
-
Step 4: If you approve, we schedule your service. On the day of removal, we verify the final scope and complete the job efficiently.
-
Step 5: We handle disposal, recycling, and donations coordination, and leave the space broom-clean.
-
What we remove:
-
Household items: furniture, appliances, electronics, mattresses, box springs, textiles, and general clutter.
-
Yard and construction debris: yard waste, pallets, scrap wood, drywall, tiles, and renovation debris.
-
Hoarder and estate cleanouts: compassionate, discreet support with careful project planning.
-
Special items (eco-friendly handling): appliances and electronics recycled; furniture donated when reusable; materials sorted for recycling whenever possible.
Our Transparent Pricing Structure
We price based on the photos you submit. Our review considers estimated volume, item types, and access (stairs, elevators, long carries). A final price is provided after analysis and confirmed before we begin. You’ll receive a fixed price for the job after the photo review. The price may adjust modestly if on-site confirmation reveals additional items or access changes that were not reasonably described in the quote information gathering process.
What’s included in every job:
-
Labor for loading and hauling
-
Disposal, recycling, and donation coordination
-
Broom sweep of the work area after removal
-
What affects price (photo-based):
-
Volume/load size as inferred from photos (cubic yards or item counts)
-
Item types (heavy appliances, electronics, or bulky furniture may affect cost)
-
Access (stairs, elevators, long carries, tight spaces)
-
Distance/travel to disposal facilities
-
Sorting or donation requests (e.g., items to donate vs. recycle)
-
Pricing models we use:
-
Photo-based quarter-load, half-load, three-quarter-load and full-load ranges (adjusted after photo review)
-
Itemized pricing for clearly defined small jobs (when photos show a few discrete items)
What’s included in every quote:
-
On-site loading and hauling, disposal/recycling/donation coordination, and post-removal cleanup
